I'M BACK!!!

April. April 30th, 2018 was the last time I posted. 😱 I AM SO SORRY, GUYS! THIS IS SO BAD OF ME! After April, the whole busyness of summer sorta kicked in and, after that, I never got back into the daily rhythm of blogging and weekly posting. I hereby take complete responsibility for this lack of posting. I can only hope that you guys haven't completely left me after I was gone for so long and that you still read and enjoy this blog. SO, that being said! Where have I been and what have I been doing? Here are some things that have happened in my life since posting- I turned 15 in May My wonderful baby brother was born I went to an AMAZING camp (Shoutout to Camp Victory! 🙌)  We had our last year of the Bible Conference we go to These are just a few of my non-writing highlights since the last update on life.  A few things that happened in my writing life are-  I became a Community Assistant on Y-dubs I completed the first draft...

Freedom Found- Part one

Hello, everyone! I like to write historical fiction, so, for today's post, I'm going to be showing you the first part of a short story I wrote for a competition. It is set in America in the 1840's, which was the time of slavery,  and my main character is a slave who is seeking freedom. I've received some positive feedback on this story and I hope you enjoy it! Freedom Found - Part One By Bethany G.
