April. April 30th, 2018 was the last time I posted. 😱 I AM SO SORRY, GUYS! THIS IS SO BAD OF ME! After April, the whole busyness of summer sorta kicked in and, after that, I never got back into the daily rhythm of blogging and weekly posting. I hereby take complete responsibility for this lack of posting. I can only hope that you guys haven't completely left me after I was gone for so long and that you still read and enjoy this blog. SO, that being said! Where have I been and what have I been doing? Here are some things that have happened in my life since posting- I turned 15 in May My wonderful baby brother was born I went to an AMAZING camp (Shoutout to Camp Victory! 🙌)  We had our last year of the Bible Conference we go to These are just a few of my non-writing highlights since the last update on life.  A few things that happened in my writing life are-  I became a Community Assistant on Y-dubs I completed the first draft...

Happy Christmas everyone! Yes, I know I was supposed to post this on Saturday but please forgive me for not posting this sooner! Anyway, let's get onto the post! It's so nice to be able to say, "Happy Christmas," because December has finally come and Christmas can be celebrated! Whoohoo! This Christmas is my first year as a writer! Cool, huh? I've decided to write a Christmas story- the first I've ever done- and I'm going to share a little information about it with you guys today! Now, as a fiction writer, it could be expected that I would create a story of my own (which, actually, is quite a good idea, but that's beside the point). Contrary to what might be thought, I'm re-telling a story. Don't worry, I'm not trying to rip anybody off! I'm retelling a story that has already been retold in different ways. Ok, so I would have given you some more "Freedom Found" this week but not long ago, we had some technical difficulties and it's on a drive, not yet put back on the computer. Instead, I'm going to be sharing with you Henry's (Lucy's brother's) story. I set out for this to be a short story, similar to Lucy's, but I've been enjoying it so much. I underestimated this story and it's turning into a novelette- maybe even a novella (I don't know how long it'll end up being!)- but it's definitely going to be too long for a short story!
